Ref+KF Character & Asset Continuity Vault
Character drift across scenes destroys viewer immersion and brand IP value. The Continuity Vault provides a centralized repository where creative teams define master character profiles, wardrobe seeds, facial geometry parameters, and environment lighting rules — anchored with Reference Image + Keyframe (Ref+KF) chaining.
Creators define characters through text descriptions or uploaded reference imagery. The engine generates a comprehensive character sheet featuring front views, side profiles, three-quarter angles, and specific emotional expression grids. Once approved, these visual traits are locked into the workspace context, so facial structure, eye color, hairstyle, and wardrobe remain identical regardless of camera angles, background environments, or dynamic lighting.
Reference Image + Keyframe (Ref+KF) anchoring for multi-shot visual lock
Persistent wardrobe, facial feature, and age preservation across hundreds of generations
Dynamic environment plates and recurring background asset storage
Automatic flagging and visual deviation scoring for quality control approval
Subsequent scene generations draw directly from these locked embeddings — visual integrity holds from the opening hook of episode one to the final cliffhanger of the season.
We do things differently
Off-the-shelf generative tools rely on random diffusion noise and hope. Excyan locks visual seeds and facial geometry at the asset level — with deviation scoring that flags drift for review before it ever reaches a rendered episode.

Describe the character or upload references
Generate multi-angle sheets and expression grids
Review and refine until the look is approved
Lock the profile into the Continuity Vault
Every render draws from the locked assets
Deviation scoring flags drift for QC approval
