Built for Vertical Drama Studios
Excyan automates pre-production breakdown and post-production rendering while your directors fine-tune every camera angle, micro-expression, and cut on an interactive timeline.
Direct, Generate, and Scale Binge-Worthy Vertical Dramas on a Unified AI Canvas.

Excyan combines multi-model agentic AI, locked character consistency engines, and hybrid live-action workflows into a mobile-first 9:16 production studio. Turn raw ideas into monetizable microdrama series without expensive camera crews or setting physical sets.

Canvas Production Workflow
Six guided stages take a season from raw script to publish-ready episodes — with human approval gates at every step, so credits are only spent on shots the director has already approved.
1. Ingest Script and Build the Show Bible
Production begins by uploading a complete season script, web novel chapter, or loose narrative outline into the canvas. The Excyan Showrunner Agent parses the input text, generating a comprehensive Show Bible that establishes world rules, tone, location profiles, and character profiles. This step locks all foundational parameters into shared memory before any credit consumption occurs.
3. Agentic Storyboarding and Camera Blocking
The Storyboard Agent decomposes episodic scripts into precise, vertical shot lists containing framing descriptions, camera angles, lighting states, and character blocking. Creators inspect the visual storyboard, adjust camera perspectives via simple chat commands, and approve keyframes. Storyboard approval prior to video generation prevents unneeded credit usage on incorrect shot compositions.
5. Native Editing, Audio Alignment, and Export
Generated clips are loaded into Excyan's native vertical editor. Creators fine-tune trim points, synthesize localized multi-speaker voice tracks via ElevenLabs, execute automated lip-sync passes, and apply burnt-in vertical captions. The completed episode is rendered in native 9:16 resolution, ready for direct distribution to commercial microdrama apps or social video funnels.
2. Generate Reference Sheets and Lock Assets
Once the Show Bible is finalized, the system executes a parallel asset build. The Character Lock Engine outputs multi-angle reference sheets and facial close-up grids for every cast member, while the Location Engine renders key environment lighting plates. Creators review, refine, and lock these reference sheets, providing a single source of truth that governs all downstream video renders.
4. Automated Multi-Model Video Generation
Approved storyboard frames are converted into dynamic video clips via Excyan's automated model router. Creators can select Fast Mode for low-cost narrative prototyping or Pro Mode for finished, broadcast-quality renders. The platform processes individual shots or batch-generates entire episode sequences, maintaining exact character likeness and environmental lighting throughout.
6. Publish and License via the IP Discovery Portal
Publish completed microdramas, proof-of-concept trailers, or character worlds to the Excyan community gallery, where global media distributors, streaming apps, and entertainment investors discover fresh IP by genre — from Billionaire Romance and Mafia to Wolf Shifter, Hidden Identity, CEO, and Supernatural Thriller.
